A3 child pickup sign, with East Entrance as the main destination and Main Entrance for wheelchair-accessible pickup
Synthetic school example · actual generated output

One changed entrance.
One instruction to get right.

A dense paragraph is easy to overlook at a busy doorway. Reformatting it by hand also creates another chance to lose a time, place or exception.

FROM HERE gives you a bounded workflow: extract the facts, confirm them, build a sign and read it back from the finished image. A failed check leads to a repair or an honest stop.

Before you print.

  1. Confirm the instruction.

Check the source photo and edit anything AI has read incorrectly. Missing facts are not permission to invent an answer.

  2. Keep the exception connected.

“Wheelchair-accessible pickup” and “Main Entrance” belong together. The destination alone is not enough.

  3. Check it with real readers.

Print at Actual size on A3 and test the sign in its setting. A target viewing distance is a design input, not a guarantee.

Who would pay,
and why?

A school, venue or reception team that regularly changes notices is the proposed buyer. A future team plan would charge for repeated use: less manual layout work and a check that important instructions survived the redesign.

That is a business hypothesis, not validated demand. A pilot should measure preparation time, repeated questions and the cost of a usable sign before setting a price. Main costs are AI calls, rendering and hosting; the product depends on the model provider and the author confirming the facts.
